Updating service forms in databases and excel, help to take care of the server rack outside the pantry until my friends bring in to the server room, picking up calls (somehow after soo long then numerous customers called to said that "internet connection is down"), assigning engineers, make weekly report and what's worse.. 3 mins before my work-time ends, my boss said "Fidah, take a paper and a pen, got meeting".. Wat da hell.. My boo is picking me up and guess wat.. My poor baby have to wait till 7.40pm from 6pm.. *Long sia wait at bus stop somemore*.. Muackz to u, lrad..
